SQUARE SETUP

This prepares the secure connection for menus, locations and future online orders. It does not charge anyone or turn on checkout.
- Confirm who is connecting.The owner, an authorized manager or a salesperson assisting the owner can prepare this page. The authorized Square account holder must complete Square sign-in and approval.
- Prepare the correct Square business.Know the restaurant's Square business name and which active location should receive orders.
- Approve on Square.Square shows the permissions before anything is connected. Return here afterward to verify the connection.
TOAST
Use the restaurant's Toast ordering page now.
Add the exact Toast customer ordering link and choose whether guests can see it. Deeper menu and order syncing will be added only through an approved Toast connection.

FACEBOOK PAGE FEED
Show your Facebook posts on your website automatically.
Connect Facebook, select the Page you manage, and eligible published Page posts appear in your website carousel after syncing. No developer account or API keys are needed.
- Optional: paste the public profile links.This helps confirm the right accounts. The official Page picker remains the source of truth.
- Connect Facebook.Log in on Meta's secure page, approve read access and choose the restaurant's Page. Hivearium never sees the password.
- Review the Social Inbox.Pin or hide a post anytime. “Make searchable” prefills an event or special, but nothing enters search until the owner confirms every required detail and publishes it.
Profile links add icons; they do not import posts. A feed connection requires approval on Meta. Use the Facebook account that manages this Page.
